This is what i got from mommy for  my birthday! (:
She made Beef Pot Pie Biscuits for me.

It was suppose to be chicken pot pie biscuits, but mini schnauzer are mostly allergic to chicken, hence mom change the meat. The steps are rather simple :D

Here's the receipe * Got it from the net

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chicken (cooked and shredded)

1/2 cup Peas (cooked and mashed)

1/4 cup Carrots (shredded)

1/2 cup Chicken Broth

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed. 

Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes with the cutter of your choice. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheets and poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate.

* I brushed the treats before baking with an egg white for the shiny affect.
