Another baking session, this time it's Mango Yogurt Cheesecake (: It really easy too, even to mom, where this is her first baking cake experience! You can change the yogurt/yogurt drink to your desire flavour.

Here is the receipe

1/2 of a yogurt

1/2 of the butter 

1/2 of a yougurt drink 

1/3 of the flour ( for sponge cake )

3 eggs

Directions




Preheat oven to 180 degrees 
In a large bowl combine the flour and eggs, until well mixed. 
Fold in the yogurt, yogurt drink and butter
Pour mixture into baking pan and bake for 20mins.
Cool and refrigerate.

This is what i got from mommy for my birthday! (:
She made Beef Pot Pie Biscuits for me.

It was suppose to be chicken pot pie biscuits, but mini schnauzer are mostly allergic to chicken, hence mom change the meat. The steps are rather simple :D

Here's the receipe * Got it from the net

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chicken (cooked and shredded)

1/2 cup Peas (cooked and mashed)

1/4 cup Carrots (shredded)

1/2 cup Chicken Broth

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed.

Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes with the cutter of your choice. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheets and poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate.

* I brushed the treats before baking with an egg white for the shiny affect.

China - Wuhan part 1

Hello friends, mummy finally take the time to upload pictures taken from the trip. And there're just too much for an entry, therefore, she's gng to seperate them into parts. Enjoy the photos! (:

It's really cold over there, and it's the first time mummy get to experience such weather. Do you know what? It even snow on certain days. How i wish i was there too! Because Singapore is summer all year round.

There's lots of dogs over there, and each time mummy saw a dog, it always remind her of me! Mummy notice one thing, which is when the dogs are out with their owner, it's seldom on leash. And they've the freedom to walk around. No matter how big the dogs are, or what their breed is.

Look at the puppy below, it's really obdient while waiting for it's owner to finish her meal.

Cha Soba anyone???

Some information: Cha Soba noodles are Soba noodles made of buckwheat flour (soba-ko) and wheat flour (komugi-ko) with the added ingredient of fresh Green Tea leaves (Ryokucha or Ocha). In Japan Cha Soba is considered a delicacy and is only consumed on very special occasions.

Daddy went overseas for 15days!!!
And the house is empty when the humans go to work/shcool.

Check out the new clothes which my parent got for me !!! :DD
They got it in blue and black, but below pictures are only in the black top.

The picture isnt really clear, as mummy couldnt take a better view of the top.
It was actually a singlet meant for the human kids, but my parent says it'll suit me and it turn out to be fine too :]
The collar part is a lil too small, but no worries, because dad's mom knows how to alter to.
So i can wear it in comfort ^^
